Click & Collect

How Does click & Collect work?

  • Add products to cart

  • Select type of delivery on cart page

  • Select desired store for pick up

  • Collect your order in store

  • Make sure you bring your invoice or photo ID 

  • Orders will be ready for collection within 1-5 Business working days. An email confirmation will be sent out. 

  • Large furniture items must be picked up from the warehouse. Please allow 2-5 working days for an email to confirm order is ready. Once a confirmation is received you will need to contact us to arrange a time & date for pickup.

Terms & Conditions

  • We hold Click & Collect orders for 10 days

  • If you do not collect your order within 10 business days we will email/contact the buyer to organise delivery, therefore an invoice will be sent out separately for shipping, this must be paid prior to dispatch of the goods, or customer may request a credit note valid for a period of 30 days only. ( this is only applicable for click and collect).

  • Can I get someone else to collect my order? They can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:

    •  A copy of the invoice

    •  A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf

    •  Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection 

  • What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock? In the case that there are any discrepancies in stock level, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will organise a stock transfer and get the products to your desired pick up location. 

  • Large Furniture Items will need to be collected from the warehouse. An email will be sent with the confirmation when stock is ready for Click and collect from the warehouse.
